1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777h Casino ("777h", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777h platform available at 777h.lat and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 777h account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of any balances therein, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777h is required by law and its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required at any time — including before a withdrawal is processed — to submit documentation for identity verification, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 777h login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Currency

All 777h accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are processed and displayed in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise on specific promotional materials.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777h reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing reasonable written notice to the registered email address. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be archived or closed.

4.5 Currency Conversion

Where a payment method operates in a currency other than Philippine Peso, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777h is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your payment provider.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

777h is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all related regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 777h is legally obligated to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players found to be using 777h for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will have their accounts immediately suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777h are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets are subject to expiry periods as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

• Opening or operating more than one (1) 777h account
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 777h platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption of platform access due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials

777h's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777h's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

777h collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 777h, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777h processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

777h does not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of services (such as payment processors and game providers) or where required by law or regulation.

12Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 777h account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12.2 Closure by 777h

777h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 777h has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 777h

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, 777h reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law, after settling any legitimate outstanding withdrawals.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your 777h account, or your use of the 777h platform shall first be submitted to 777h customer support for resolution. 777h will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, and the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review. For all other disputes not resolved by negotiation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

14Amendments to These Terms

777h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777h will provide reasonable notice to affected players via the registered email address or a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777h platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
